Autorized Container Wash Bay

At COBO, we have an Authorized Laundry to perform the following services:

  • Degassing and depressurizing of containers that transport flammable and non-flammable products.
  • Internal washing and depressurization of containers that transport flammable and non-flammable products.

The authorized subjects are:

  • Class 2 substances with UN No. 1009, 1010, 1011, 1012, 1018, 1020, 1021, 1027, 1028, 1029, 1030, 1055, 1075, 1077, 1858, 1958, 1959, 1965, 1969, 1973, 1974, 1976, 1978, 1983, 1984, 2035, 2193, 2422, 2424, 2453, 2454, 2517, 2599, 2601, 2602, 3159, 3163, 3220, 3252, 3296, 3 337, 3338, 3339, 3340
  • Class 3 subjects with classification code F1 and F2

Maintenance, Repair and Testing

  • At COBO we offer the following specific services for containers:

    • Maintenance, repair (ADR-RID, IMDG, TPED, CSC)
    • ISO Standard Dimensions (Tank Containers and Portable Tanks).
    • Change of chassis and important reforms in both fuel tanks (Diesel, Gasoline, JET A1) and bitumen, Adblue and other merchandise.
    • Materials:
      • Envelope in Aluminum.
      • Casing in Carbon Steel.
      • Stainless steel casing.
      • With interior coating: Ebonite, Polyester.
      • With exterior coating: Thermal Insulation (mineral wool) and Polyester Lining.
      • Repairs and sealing installations (Locatel, Argos)
      • Repairs and supply of pipes and accessories (valves and connection accessories)
      • Repairs and installations of Cetil metering equipment, being an Authorized Workshop for sealing equipment of said Brand.
      • Compulsory intermediate and periodic tests.
      • Hydraulic tests.
      • Volumetric tests.
      • Review of the setting of safety valves.
      • Internal revisions.
      • Pneumatic tightness tests.

Container Deposit

  • More than 300 m2 of facilities dedicated to the storage of containers, with capacity for more than 36 storage containers.
  • Bridge Crane of 10T.
  • Ease of access and good maneuverability for container platforms.
